Within the framework of the further development of the everience team, we are looking for the following for our Essen location at the earliest possible date.

 

 Employees PC Logistics Center (m/f)

 

Together with our successful and innovative PC logistics team, you will support one of our key account customers from the energy sector.

 

Your duties:

PC inventory management:

  • Physical inventory management (by device status, type and model)
  • Support of regular inventories (comparison of the current inventory with the data in the database)
  • Assignment of the devices to the respective incidents and request tickets
  • Weekly replenishment of the stock according to the stock level and needs
  • Repeat order for stock protection and after release by the customer
  • Ensuring the operability of the equipment (warranty or repair)
  • Daily reporting to the customer

 

Logistics process:

  • Checking the daily backlogs when setting up the device
  • Set up the devices according to the tickets (respecting deadlines and priorities)
  • Preparation of the handling of checklists.
  • Mastering of PCs using Microsoft SCCM
  • Packing and labelling
  • Management of special cases (emergency deliveries)
  • Return of user equipment (retention period, hardware diagnosis)
  • Reintegration of old equipment into the inventory or sending it in for repair

 

Your profile:

  • Several years of professional experience as employee in PC logistics and/or IT customer service
  • Proven ability to provide successful IT customer service
  • IT skills: Microsoft Active Directory, SCCM, Ticket System
  • Language skills: German (native speaker), English (regular)
  • High customer orientation, conscientious working method
  • Social competence, ability to work in a team

 

The technical environment consists of Lenovo PCs (desktops and laptops) and accessories, HP printers, Dell thin clients and other Microsoft devices.

Together with our successful and innovative helpdesk team you will support one of our key account customers.

 

Your duties:

  • Providing first level IT technical support (Windows, Office, Mail, Citrix, VPN, Network, Password) to effectively solve the user problems of our customers
  • Clarification, solution and answering of general problems (Office, Windows, Outlook, Internet…), which you will receive by phone or e-mail from the various users of our customer
  • Support in resolving customer and support issues to ensure continued high customer and user satisfaction
  • Quick finding of a solution in the Knowledge Database and targeted processing of the solution steps
  • Adherence to and implementation of defined problem-solving processes in order to quickly and successfully help each of the customer’s users with their IT problems
  • Feedback to the Knowledge Manager of newly identified solutions or missing solution sketches
  • Represent and maintain our excellent customer service at all times

 

Your profile:

  • Several years of professional experience as an employee in the IT service desk and/or IT customer service
  • Language skills: German, English in word and writing (business fluent)
  • Proven ability to provide successful IT customer service
  • High customer orientation
  • Ability to listen to the user and his problem
  • Analytical ability to solve problems in a targeted and successful manner in the interests of the customer
  • Social competence, ability to work in a team

Onsite Technician (m/f)

 

Together with our successful and innovative team of technicians you will support one of our key account customers.

 

Your duties:

  • 1st and 2nd level on-site support for questions about clients, smartphones, tablets
  • Processing of the assigned onsite tickets and documentation in the ticket system
  • On-site repair and installation of hardware and software including data transfer (PC, printer, etc.)
  • Communication with hardware manufacturers for complaint processing/repair
  • Collaboration in the development and documentation of ITSM processes according to ITIL
  • Support for software packaging and distribution

 

Your profile :

  • Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration, communications electronics technician or at least equivalent training
  • Work experience of at least 2 years in the operative IT environment (clients, software distribution, networks, VPN etc.)
  • Ability to quickly familiarise oneself with new topics and tasks
  • Experience in software packaging desirable
  • Goal-oriented and responsible working style
  • Good and polite appearance at our customers
  • If required, travel activities (e.g. to training courses)
  • Class B driving licence
  • German (very good level)
  • English spoken and written (good level)
  • French (desirable, but not a condition)
