The 4 stages of our recruitment process

With SAPHIR®, we assess your technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills through concrete discussions and tailored exercises. Our method is based on the principle of multi-evaluation conducted by at least two different contacts during separate interviews.

This cross-referenced approach guarantees objectivity, fairness, and quality decision-making.

Step 1: Application

Step 2: Initial phone interview
Has your profile been selected? A recruitment officer will contact you to discuss your background and ambitions.

Step 3: In-depth interview and exercises

Step 4: Feedback within 7 days
Receive clear feedback within 7 days.
