How can I apply for a position at Everience?

All our job openings are available on our SmartRecruiters platform.

How long does the recruitment process take?

On average, the full process takes 2 to 3 weeks. You will receive an initial response within the first few days and final feedback within 7 days after your interviews.

Will I receive feedback if my application is not successful?

Yes. At Everience, we are committed to providing clear and transparent feedback to every candidate, regardless of the outcome.

Is it possible to apply for multiple positions at the same time?

Yes, you can apply for multiple opportunities if they match your skills and career goals.

What does the onboarding process look like after hiring?

From day one, your workstation and equipment are ready for you. You follow a structured onboarding journey with the support of your manager and team, and you take part in a Welcome Day to discover the Group and meet other new colleagues.

Within your first three months, you also join the Campus Métiers program for your role: a dedicated training path designed to help you understand our ways of working, our tools, and internal processes. This key step enables you to quickly develop your skills and build connections with colleagues across your area of expertise.

How do you use AI in recruitment?

We mainly use AI in the early stages of the process, such as sourcing candidates, analysing CVs and identifying profiles that match our needs. However, for the rest of the process – interviews, discussions and support – people remain at the heart of the process. Our recruiters provide personalised follow-up and direct interaction with each candidate.
